By filling out this form you are not guaranteed to be selected to participate in the Diamond Dash. We can accommodate up to 500 couples who will be selected randomly at the end of the registration period to take part in the event. You may submit your entry only once. If you submit multiple entries, you will be ineligible to participate. If you are selected to participate, an e-mail confirmation will be sent to you on or around 9/21/10.
